We need brilliant minds today - in fact we need as many of them as we can find - to help make the world a better place. Albert Einstein had just such a mind and he completely changed our understanding of time and space. But he also had many other things to say that are less famous but just as enlightening. It’s been a long time - listening to “TBubba Talks” brings back alot of good Jaycee memories. You can still motivate with your words and your humor. Appreciate you.
Had lunch with Daryl Williams the other day - he reminisced about your trip to Colombia back in our Jaycee heyday. Also talked about Nashville and the convention when you were elected President of the US Jaycees. I got turned on to working political campaigns at the time but only had one problem - McCollum was my mentor.
In reality, I didn’t have the cut-throat mentality for all that back-room stuff. But what an experience. I even worked with Jim on a local campaign to elect a county judge - we got beat by a 2-1 margin. Never worked on another one.
